Customer Service Call Center

To efficiently handle customer inquires and requests throughout the state and elsewhere, the Motor Vehicle Division maintains a central Customer Service Call Center. This allows the staff in the field offices to concentrate on those customers who have transactions that require an in-person visit.

The Customer Service Call Center may be reached at the following numbers. If you are requesting information regarding your driver license or driving record, please have your driver license number ready. If you are calling for information on your vehicle, please have your license plate number or vehicle identification number ready before speaking to a representative. Thank you.
