Illinois Bill of Sale

When it comes to buying or selling a vehicle, there are a lot of requirements involved in the transaction, such as a Bill of Sale which is used to protect both the buyer and the seller.  It is highly recommended that each vehicle seller in the state of Illinois request and acknowledgment from the buyer in the form of a Bill of Sales.  While a Bill of Sale is not mandatory, it is a good idea.

Bill of Sale Specifics
